wx.getStorageInfo(Object object) 异步获取当前storage的相关信息

wx.clearStorage(Object object) 清理本地数据缓存

是个对象，对象里边有两个方法，on 和 off 

 在通知中心  on  被调用时，有则调用，无则添加

在通知中心  off  被调用时，有则调用，无则添加
