HOW TO SEDUCE A TECHIE TO BE YOU

Many people have an idea. I was one of these guys. These guys believe that their brilliant ideas, if implemented orbuilt, will make them freak successful, and rich.

You have this brilliant idea. What are you waiting for? The only thing gets between you and billion-dollar business is a …um... a programmer, who can translate your dream into programs.

But alas, it is so damn hard to secure adev guy to be your tech cofounder. If you have tried to recruit a techcofounder or developer, you know what I mean.

Then, why is it so hard to find a programmer to build your stuff? The answer is called market economy.Programmers are highest paid job in the world. Good programmers are either hired or will be hired. They have many options. Trust me, when you pitch your idea to seduce that programmer to join your venture, 100 guys have tried and failed.

Even this programmer wants to build something, why wouldn’t she build something out of her own idea? Why would shebuild a thing on ideas of yours?

But don't give up. There are two things that you can do:

1. Get funded;

2. Be as inspiring as Steve Jobs. If you are a good storyteller as Steve Jobs, maybe many programmers will jump on you;)

3. Learn to code. Coding is not that hard.Anyone can learn it. You need some confidence and commitment of time. There are many free programming tutorials on YouTube and everywhere on the Internet, find out and start;

4. Beg. This don't always work, but you never know before you try ;)

Be positive. Never give up.
