iOS13, 一句话适配 presentViewControll

废话不多说，由于项目中，很多地方用了 presentViewController, 如果按照网上的方法，那特么要去修改好多地方，于是，我们不如简单点
采用分类的形式，给 UIViewController 增加一个分类，写入方法
