My friend, Hugh, has always been fat, but things got so bad recently that he decided to go on a diet.

He began his diet a week ago. First of all, he wrote out a long list of all the foods which were forbidden.

知识笔记：

1）嘴巴张开,将舌后部隆起，紧贴软腭，憋住气。

2）然后舌后部迅速降低，使气流冲出口腔。

3）同时声带震动发出声音，送气力量较弱。

注意：/g/是个浊辅音，声带震动发声。注意不要用汉语拼音中的"g（哥）"来代替,汉语拼音的g是口腔发音，音标是声带震动发音。

练习感悟：

1.这篇两遍听懂，复述也很轻松，很开心。之前复述困难的材料，是因为不是自己熟悉的内容，多复习吧。

2.用了一个app，十点半之后不能用手机否则会影响进度，所以今天一回家我就开始进行新概念的学习，也完成的很好，再次感叹之前浪费太多时间了。。

3.还是有一些很难受的地方啊，连读，长单词快读很拗口。
