大虾营养丰富,蛋白质含量极高,味道鲜美,怎么做都好吃。
今天我来分享一下最简单的大虾做法。韮菜炒大虾。
用料:
新鲜大虾七两
面粉一把
食用油约一斤(实耗2两)
韮菜一小把(约二两)
干辣椒五个
生抽一汤匙
蚝油一汤匙
料酒二两
豆瓣酱一汤匙
食用盐十克
葱头两个
蒜头五瓣
生姜一块

一.先将大虾剪去须、箭头、挑掉虾线。

二.用冷水洗净

三.放入大碗中,放入料酒,盐腌制半个小时。

四.韮菜切段,干辣椒切末,姜切絲,蒜瓣拍成泥。

五.拿一个稍大的盆,放入大虾,再放入面粉,让每一个虾都沾满面粉。

六.热锅放入食用油,油热八分,放入大虾,将大虾炸至转红色,起锅待用。

七.锅里留底油,开小火,放入葱、姜、蒜、干辣椒末,烧出香味。

八.再放入豆瓣酱,炒出红油。然后放生抽、蚝油。

九.再放入韭菜,开大火,翻炒至韭菜断生。

十.放入炸好的大虾,翻炒几下,加少量盐,翻炒,让盐味均句,出锅。
