    As illustrated in the picture, a boy is eager to show his parents his work, but only to find that both of them are too busy looking at their mobile phones to even notice him. In my opinion, the loss of quality time will inevitably harm the development of the child.

    First and foremost, the security of a child can no longer be ensured if the parent pays more attention on the phone. We’ve heard an increasing amount of news that the child was put in danger due to negligence of care. Ironically, in many cases, it seems that parents believe their mobile phones are a lot more attractive than their lovely kids. In addition, the mental development of the child is mostly like to be hampered. As is known to all, the early stage of a human being is probably the most vulnerable one, thus it is very important for a kid to develop a healthy mentality and a suitable world view during that period of time. If parents do not get involved in that process, it is hard to say what will happen to the child in the future.

    All in all, parents must put down their phones and talk to their children more often for the healthy growth of their children.
