修身 Cultivate one's morality

Cultivate one's morality, refers to the cultivation of body and mind, and strive to improve their ideological and moral cultivation level. Taoism, Confucianism and Mohism all emphasize self-cultivation, but the content is not the same. Since the beginning of Confucius, Confucianism attaches great importance to self-cultivation and regards it as one of the eight items of education.
