Position - Marketing Development & Customer Service Representatives

You are the ideal candidate if the following describes your skills, experience and education:

• Bachelor's and above degree. Majors in history/marketing/finance/Ads design is a plus.
• 1+ years of marketing/customer service/social activates experience
• Ability to help to develop winning marketing strategies and marketing programs and lead their successful implementation
• Excellent, proactive communicator committed to keeping clients informed and up to date on your team's work
• Proactively develop new customers and use the resources you have to figure things out and make good decisions when you don't know the answer
• Critical thinker with an ability to see opportunity areas and make proper recommendations
• Competent writer. Understanding of social media, blogging, email marketing
• Analytical ability for setting metrics and tracking success of programs
• Ability to speak, read and write German or Chinese is a plus, but not required.
