Why People Lash Out at Service Workers
Summary
Whether we are willing to admit it, many of us treat service workers poorly, such as customer service representative, a flight attendant,a cashier and a barista.
The reason behind that is we humans are inflexible. When our life routine gets altered, it just unnerves us and spikes agitation. Undercurrent of stress tends to boil over during those mundane tasks. We will snap at those people by falling a social hierarchy trap, considering us more superior than them who is easily to be in the line of fire.
For us , we have to make sure better angles remain in control, because every individual has feeling.
