iTunes Connect, Bundle ID /Bundle ID Suffix error修改后成功了。
Bundle ID：Xcode iOS Wildcard App ID.*
Bundle ID Suffix：com.123.pp1

ERROR ITMS-90534: "Invalid Toolchain. New apps and app updates must be built with the public (GM) versions of Xcode 6 or later, OS X, and iOS SDK or later. Don't submit apps built with beta software including beta OS X builds."
check XCode version,dont use beta. update last version Xcode. cann't use Beta version.
rad ide update sdk.32bit 9.2 sdk. all is ok.
