Why the PlayBook

The PlayBook
The PlayBook is inspired by "the book of awesome",and the name "PlayBook" is by Barney Stison 's PLAYBOOK in how I met your mother. Recently, I've been suffered from some terrible emotion problems , and when I was trying to get out off this situation, the TED play The 3 A's of awesome occured to me . This speaking reminded me lots of happy moments two years ago, when I was happy and fearless.Though it was impossible for me to be back to that moment again, I was trying to figure out why I was happy listed the several reasons as following:

• I didn't have money util that moment, and as a freshman at work,the money was really much compared to most of my friends.
• As I was at the internship, and the manager was very nice that I did not have much work to do .So , I had enough time.
• Many problems I have to think of today , such as marriage, money ,working abroad, did not occur to me at that moment.
• I was watching Tal's positive psychology at that time, and did not realized the side effects of positive psychology.
• I did not have a computer, so I had much free time.
• I was at an new environment , and new environment always makes me happy.
• The friends I was with, such as Liguo and Biantao.
• Many girls wished to talk with me.

I can never be back,but for me, there is still something I can learn from that experience. And that is the reason why I decide to write a list of blogs about exciting moments in life. The plan is to write 200 blogs by the end of this year, that is , about 1 blog per day. I hope I can make it to the end.
By the way, you may wonder why I am writing this in English, that is because I am learning English now.
