如何用英文预约商务会议
背景:Catherine打电话给Jacob约会议。里面一共有2个人物,分别是ABC会展公司的Catherine和EFG科技公司的Jacob。
Catherine: Hi, Jacob. This is Catherine from ABC limited. Is this a convenient time for you to have a quick talk?
Jacob: Hi, Catherine. Actually I am rushing off to a meeting, but I have a few minutes.
Catherine: That's great. I will not take up too much of your time right now. I'm just phoning to see whether we could arrange a meeting next week to discuss the event details.
Jacob: When were you thinking?
Catherine: Whenever is convenient for you next week. It will be better if the meeting could be arranged in your office Monday or Tuesday of next week.
Jacob: Sorry, I will be in a business trip from next Monday to next Wednesday, so I'm afraid that I could only make it on Thursday or Friday.
Catherine: Ok, shall we meet at 3 PM on Thursday?
Jacob: Sounds good. Is one hour sufficient for this meeting? I could book a room in advance.
Catherine: Yes. And please help to bring other stakeholders from your company to the meeting.
Jacob: I will do. I'll see you on next Thursday then.
Catherine: Thank you, Jacob. I am really looking forward to meeting you.
