一、idea 新建一个 Spring Cloud 工程

01 新建一个 project
02 修改包名和项目名
03 添加 Eureka Server
04 填写项目名称及存储路径

二、修改项目，导入依赖

1、修改 pom 文件

三、启动类添加注解

启动一个服务注册中心，你只需要一个注解 @EnableEurekaServer，这个注解需要加在启动类上：

四、修改配置文件 appication.yml

spring:

通过 eureka.client.registerWithEureka：false 和 fetchRegistry：false 来表明自己是一个 eureka server。

五、启动项目，访问 http://localhost:8761
