妻子今日加班，我一人在家照顾两个孩子。早上七点，我第一个起床，吃过早饭后去菜市场买菜。回家后，我做了冬天第一顿红烧羊排，味道好极了，还有一股奶香味。

在辅导孩子作业的间隙中，我抽空整理完善了《梵网经》的总结框架，但真正实质性的突破，还得等到晚上在咖啡馆一个人的时光。本来计划明天写完，按照现在的设想，够呛了……
