Error:This Gradle plugin requires a newer IDE able to request IDE model level 3. For Android Studio this means version 3.0+
字面意思上看，这个Gradle需要使用在AndroidStudio 3.0以上的版本
解决方法就是升级AndroidStudio版本到3.0以上
如果不想升级也可以，就在gradle.properties中添加
android.injected.build.model.only.versioned = 3
然后你运行的时候可能会发现无法安装
无法安装
错误提示：

解决方法：在gradle.properties中添加
