Today's oral English topic is: Responsibility or ability, which one is more important?
For this topic, the first thing I want to say is that responsibility and ability are both important for the person who want to be successful no matter in work or personal life. If I have to make an order between the two factors, I will choose the responsibility first. Doing everything with responsibility is conducive to our development and eventually leads us to success. First, responsibility will force us to finish the job that belongs to us, and it's the most important factor that we work with other people. Second, a person with responsibility is likely to find the essence of the problem in work and overcome various difficulties without complaining.
From what has been mentioned above, I think ability can make things better and responsibility can make sure things be done and be better.
