1. PLSQL Developer 下载:
Microsoft windows 32-bit

2. Instant Client 下载:

3. 配置安装
1) 安装 PLSQL Developer
2) 解压 Instant Client 至D:/
3) 打开PLSQL Developer工具, 点取消, 打开首选项设置, 按图中1~6步骤操作
3-1. Oracle 客户端配置
4) 退出 PLSQL, 重启即可连接数据库
