1. Kindly pay attention to choice of words as your write  about the topic given. Use words which are appropriate and describe the right  meaning you want to convey. For example, 'ard work started to pay back'. 2.  Please pay attention to Spelling of words. You can improve your spelling  skills by referring the dictionary when in doubt. You can also improve by  observing words as and when you read either in Print or AV medium.

I had to take English classes when I was young. As you  know, English class is mandatory at schools in China. Anyone who wants to be  a good student must study English. Even though it’s difficult and boring to  do it, beginning with alphabet and simple words, I was going, at least for  passing each routine exam. Finally, I graduated. Nevertheless, computer andINTERNETcame into our  daily life, and English became a very useful means for enjoying this new  modern life-style, surfing online, playing games, getting updated with the  world, riding the trends of business world, etc. Hard work started to pay  back! Applying and practicing it, I have realized that I would learn more. I  am willing to study English. Along with my vocabulary building and the  development of my reading skills, I can understand and enjoy English articles  and books, while many of my fellow Chinese can only appreciate the translated  Chinese versions. When both versions are available, I prefer English to  Chinese. English leads not only to better job opportunities but to a better  life in general. I'm grateful I had spent so much time learning English. It  has changed my life, my view%% of the world and my attitude toward life. Like  my beloved one, reading & studying is indispensable part of my daily  life. Now I love studying English. The journey with English, my most used second  language nowadays, has been forty years. For love, I would pay; I paid for  the expensive English language education in my hometown and would attach my  whole life to further studying. Saying love to someone is not easy. As a  language researcher says, “Language makes brain.” True! English, bringing the  world culture, has changed my mentality and reformed my personality, to be  more open, considerate, thoughtful, dynamic, optimistic… See, English is  upgrading me constantly!
