年后第一周Nework已经快速投入到项目实施中，以下是Nework项目的项目周报。
Nework产品设计
产品设计：
- 合约模版及合约交易正向流程原型完成
- 合约仲裁原型已完成
- 应用内IM原型内置于合约协同编辑模块，该部分设计已完成
- 产品主框架流程及逻辑设计，完成项目模块拆分，完成包括支付，订单，技能模块在内的主流程设计
- 进行产品细节形态的确定，整合页面元素，进行产品原型形态输出
Nework技术开发：
- 制定产品1.0版本MVP技术方案
- Nework钱包管理与交易流程技术方案设计中
- Nework平台API接口完成30%
Nework项目市场运营
社群运营：
-组建Nework后援团，微信群人数达3000+人，建立核心用户社群运营增长策略和激励机制。
-基于Nework的资源优势，快速组建了三点钟产品研究群，成为三点群主群之外非常优质的社群，目前群员已经超过300人知名互联网产品人和区块链大咖，为Nework资源对接和生态建立打下良好基础。

截至2月28日，Nework官方Telegram群人数累计达70000+人，社群精细化运营工作正在稳步推进中。

与ProChain（般若）达成合作，共同推广Nework项目，合作运营活动累计直接触达用户8000+。

Nework product design
product design:
Contract templates and contract transactions prototype of forward flow has been complete.
Prototype of contract arbitration has been completed.
- The in-app IM prototype is built into the contract collaborative editing module and the design has been completed
- The main framework process and logic design of the product, module split of the project has been completed , finish the main process including payment, orders and skills modules
Do determine the shape of the product details, integrate the page elements, output he prototype of the product
Nework technology development:
- Finish the formulation of the product version 1.0 MVP technical solutions
- Nework wallet management and trading process technology program is under design
- Nework platform API interface complete 30%
Nework project market operations
Community operations:
Establish Nework backing group, attract up to 3000 people in WeChat group, and build the growth strategy and incentive mechanism of core user community.
- Based on Nework’s resources, 3 o’clock product research group was quickly established and built it into a very good community except the main group of 3 o’clock . For now, the group has more than 300 well-known Internet products and blockchain person， building a good foundation for resource docking and ecological establishment on Nework.
Activity cooperations:
- Nework private party debuted in Beijing, Guangzhou and Shenzhen in 2018, attracting blockchain practitioners and enthusiasts from nearly a hundred well-known Internet companies. several sharp discuss happened on the application scene of blockchain application.
