treadmill in my APT building.

I begin on 2015-6-5, the first day, 4 mph, 10 mins.

I have run for a week. On 2015-6-11, 5 mph for 15 mins, non-stop.

Then, I rest for four days because of periods.

I got a heart rate sensor on June 10.
