Install bottleneck get Error: Fa

Problem:
When i install empyrical offline, i use
pip download empyrical
and then pip install with no index on my intranet machine, i got the error:
Failed building wheel for bottleneck. error: Microsoft Visual C++ 14.0 is required

Solutions

• download bottleneck building wheel from Unofficial Windows Binaries for Python Extension Packages
• pip install bottleneck wheel
• pip install empyrical with offline.

Serched on the internet, i learned that was broken when install bottleneck. And mant suggested to install VC2017, but it didn't work for me. Then i got solution from the suggestion of 梨花❀酱~
