主料:鲤鱼
辅料:料酒、盐、醋、糖、蒜、胡粉、面粉、汤匙、淀粉、番茄酱

1.鲤鱼一条

2.切八卦刀之后用盐料酒胡椒粉腌制一小时

3.调制厚糊:之前说过的,面粉和淀粉比例1:2,然后给腌制好的鲤鱼挂糊

4.然后炸制,这一步最关键,先等油热用勺子舀油浇到鱼身上,定好之后再把鱼弯曲炸制

5.这是定好型之后的炸制

6.蒜切碎

7.最后一步是熬制糖醋汁:蒜碎,料酒,醋,糖,番茄酱,淀粉,水熬制起大泡浇到炸好的鱼身上即可
