It is very helpful for me, especial the area in emails. I always mess up my emails. So I even want to avoid all emails at one time sometimes. I usually chech a email and finish the task so that it takes half a day or more time to chech all emails if there were some big tasks in emails. Do a task list, and finish emails in five minutes. I will practice this tomorrow.
