制作过程
1,面打好后,分成60克一份的面团,收圆,松弛!
2,松弛后,搓成圆柱体,再擀成长方形!厚薄要均匀,宽窄均匀!

3,放入醒发箱醒发70分钟!
4,醒发好后,刷上蛋液,装饰,把切好的培根片和芝士片,依次斜放在面块上!撒上黑胡椒!

5,然后入烤箱,上火200,下火160!烤11分钟,九分钟掉头!

1,取四片吐司,挤上沙拉酱,依次放上鸡蛋,芝士,肉松或者玉米粒!

2,四块合起来,切边!
3,放上火腿片,挤上沙拉酱!

4,刷上三明治酱!要多刷一点。放入烤箱!上火200,下火0!烤至表面发黄!
三明治酱:全蛋200克,细糖100克,沙拉酱200克,淡奶油100克,牛奶100克!依次拌匀!鸡蛋打碎加入糖拌化,再加入其他搅匀!
