Be Strong

I wasn't able to persuade my colleague, or my so called subordinate.

It was my problem that I was not strong enough. But I had a query, would the leader be always right? Though I haven't become the leader of him yet.

Well, if someone could not at least be right most of the time, what makes her a leader?
