秋风起,寒意至,铁锅炖肉,香味四溢,今天分享一个秋日美食~卤面

准备食材:
细面条

豆角,豆腐干,豆芽,青椒,青菜,圆白菜,红萝卜

用大料提前炖好的肉

盐,生抽,老抽,十三香,鸡精,油泼辣子
制作步骤:
1.细面条加少许食用油拌匀,蒸锅中加热水,将面条放入蒸10分钟,蒸好关火备用

2.青椒,红萝卜,圆白菜洗净切丝,豆腐干,豆角洗净切条儿,豆芽,青菜洗净备用

3.炒锅中倒油,加入这些配菜翻炒,(这里先不加肉和青菜)依次加入十三香,鸡精,生抽,老抽搅拌均匀,待豆角炒熟,加入提前炖好的肉,之后加入蒸好的细面条和青菜,稍微加热一会,关火

4.搅拌面和菜,使其均匀,盛出装盘即可。
