The TSGs list and oncogenes list were compiled as described in Huang et al., 2018. There were 3 gene sources:

10 genes (CEBPA, CIC, CREBBP, GATA1, IKZF1, NOTCH1, NOTCH2, NPM1, PAX5, RUNX1) had contradictory classifications in the GSEA database and in Vogelstein et al. 2013. These genes were all classified as TSGs from Vogelstein et al., 2013, while they were all classified as oncogenes in the GSEA database. We kept these genes as oncogenes as the GSEA database.
