A sample software of GIS
It is a sample software of GIS written with python to process images and vectors based on gdal, ogr, tkinter, numpy, PIL, etc.
1. Menu
The layout of the menu is similar to ENVI.
2. File Menu
3. Image menu
There are five functions in this sector.
3.1 Show Image
Please open an image file first before call this function. Otherwise, an error message will be sent.
This function would call the default image software of your computer to show an image.
3.2 Get Formats
Show the supporting formats of raster data.
3.3 Resampling
Resize and get basic information of raster data. The default resolution is 10 meter. The method of resampling is NEAREST.
3.4 Clip Image
Clip an image through shapefile polygons. In one shapefile , it can have many polygon features. Raster data and vector file should have the same spatial reference or an error may be occurred.
3.5 Calculate Image
Use shapefile polygon to get statistics corresponding to the raster data. Raster data and vector file should have same spatial reference or an error may be occurred.
4. Vector
Right now this section has not had many functions. Since it is just a software under test, functions could be complemented in the future.

Note:
Although I have tested the software, there could be some bugs that I did not realize.
Its functions are basic and simple, since it is just a sample to show that I have the ability to deal with GIS problems with Python and relative libraries.
