遇到四字短语、一逗到底的句子，应该怎么办？

讲真，看到这种句子，我每次都要死好多老细胞才能憋出一个信息完整的句子来，然后我还不知道这样译对不对，好不好。

看韩刚老师的二笔书时，也学过一些皮毛，但是每次翻的时候，完全忘了这些条条框框了。所以我接下来给出的译文，也是自己目前水平的直观表现了。欢迎异议，欢迎指正。

分析：
1、综合功能元素，征集方案。

4、城园互动、平行延展、点轴共进， 这几个词表达的意思重复，都是说城市和园区要协调发展，共同进步。(这个地方还是不太会)
