犯错后怎么做？

If I do something wrong, I admit immediately and emphatically being  honest and sincere. 

If other people do something wrong:

1. asking questions instead of giving direct order. 

2. Call attention indirectly. 

3.  Talk about your own mistakes

4.  praise their improvement. 

5.  Use encouragement to make it easy to correct.
