第一次做成了水嫩的鸡蛋羹

追求心灵的安逸
今天中午从下厨房里学着做鸡蛋羹。
先是打了三个鸡蛋,又放了420克水一边打一边倒,然后放一些盐和油。之后过滤三遍,用保鲜膜盖好稍放几分钟,同时用蒸锅做开水,之后切了一些小葱花,等水开了,把打好的鸡蛋放在蒸锅里蒸十分钟后关火,可把葱花放里边盖盖焖几分钟,也可直接放里边,再放点海鲜酱油和香油,稍晾就可以吃了。
真好,以前总做不好,今终于做成了一次看起来和吃起来都很水嫩的鸡蛋羹。以后有机会再给闺女多做做试试啦……
