macOS Python2 安装 pip

哎呀，不知道怎么搞的，Python2 的 pip 没了，通过 easy_install-2.7 也没用

解决：

curl https://bootstrap.pypa.io/pip/2.7/get-pip.py -o get-pip.py

# python -> python2.7
python get-pip.py 

# 添加到 PATH
export PATH=$PATH:/Users/rabbit/Library/Python/2.7/bin

通过 easy_install 安装（失败）

sudo easy_install-2.7 pip
