我认为微笑曲线有现实意义，比如淘宝开发高性能服务柜架HSF，即微笑曲线的上游部分，让访问淘宝网的速度加快，从而带来更大利润。
互联网环境下的改变：1、运用云计算，大数据等更加精确、详细地了解消费者的需求，使利润最大化。2、制作产品更多样化、智能化。

The main idea is that a set of activities that a firm operating in a specific industry performs in order to deliver a valuable product or service for the market.And value chain is based on the process view of organizations, the idea of seeing a manufacturing (or service) organization as a system, made up of subsystems each with inputs, transformation processes and outputs.So the concept of value chains as decision support tools, was added onto the competitive strategies paradigm developed by Porter as early as 1979.
