Genes arrange on chromosome, but what made of genes and how they work.
In order to investigate these issues, a number of scientists contributed their whole life to push ahead a step one by one.
1. FM acquired DNA, he called nuclein in the cell nucleus.
2. They found a sugar, a phosphate group, and a base consist a nucleotide.
3. OA demonstrated it is DNA, not RNA or protein that carry the inheritant substance which can transfer virulence from dead virulent cells to avirulent cells.
