One thing after another

Thought we would be in China in the coming July, but my friend told me when she was booking the tickets for I and my son, the ticket system reminded that my son would get denied to enter or depart China as his passport validation will be less than six months. I called Chicago China Embassy to ask if this is possible, the answer was they suggested to do so.  Damn! Can not book the tickets until I get new US passport for my son! The prices of tickets sure will go up by the time I can book them!
