June, IEEE（Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers电气和电子工程师协会，是目前世界上最大的非营利性专业技术学会。） lifted its ban on using Huawei scientists as journal reviewers, saying it had received “clarification” from the U.S. Department of Commerce （美国商务部）on how the government’s recent actions against the company affect its peer-review process.
之前看到IEEE禁用华为员工做审稿人还以为是假消息，今天看到这个撤销通知才发现并非空穴来风啊。
