Access remote redis-server with

Quick steps to set up SSH and Redis Desktop Manager to access a remote redis store, while maintaining the secure "bind 127.0.0.1" premiss.

ssh user@ipaddr -L 7000:localhost:6379

   ssh root@xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx -L 7000:localhost:6379

check redis server status

service redis status

or

/etc/init.d/redis-server status

cmd in remote server and insert a remark data

 redis-cli
