在用模拟器安装的APK的时，会遇到无法安装的情况

installation failed with message null
It is possible that this issue is resolved by uninstalling an existing version of      the apk if it is present, and then re-installing.
WARNING: Uninstalling will remove the application data!
Do you want to uninstall the existing application?

这种貌似是模拟器没有完全启动的原因，重启一下模拟，再安装APK，运行就OK了。
