Investment is also one of these few essential decisions in life, but most people haven’t seriously thought about it, let alone made a decision. The investment arena is divided into two extremes——it’s a binary world in which you’re either a 1 or a 0. Either you are extremely successful, or you are not extremely successful, and then you are mediocre like everyone else, which is basically equal to zero. In my view, the existence of this phenomenon is also related to the fact that most people fail to resolve the most important problem at the beginning.
So what’s the most important concept in the area of investment? Long-term.There are more scams in the investment world than in any other area. Why? Because people who have not deeply understood the important concept of long term are always confronting their “problem tree”. Each leaf on the tree is a perceived problem that they must solve, and each branch is something bigger that they need to think about. They ignore the roots underground, though, because they are too mysterious to understand. In fact, this tree should not even exist.

第一句:Investment (主1) is (谓1)also (状)one (宾1)of these few essential decisions (定1)in life (定2), but most people (主2) haven’t seriously thought about (谓2)it (宾2), let alone made (谓3) a decision (宾3).
第二句:The investment arena (主)is divided (谓)into two extremes (宾)——it’s a binary world in which you’re either a 1 or a 0 (插入语).
it’s (主:it;谓:is) a binary world (宾)in which you’re either a 1 or a 0(状).
Either you are extremely successful, or you are not extremely successful, and then you are mediocre like everyone else, which is basically equal to zero.
第四句:In my view (状), the existence (主) of this phenomenon (定)is (谓)also (状)related to the fact (宾)that most people fail to resolve the most important problem (定从)at the beginning(状).
So what’s (谓:is;宾:what)the most important concept (主)in the area of investment (状)? Long-term.
There (形式主语) are (谓) more scams (宾) in the investment world than (状1) in any other area(状2).
Why? Because people who have not deeply understood the important concept of long term are always confronting their “problem tree”.
第十句:Each leaf (主) on the tree (定)is (谓)a perceived problem (宾)that they must solve (定), and each branch (主2)is (谓2)something (宾2)bigger (定2)that they need to think about(定从2).
第十一句:They (主) ignore (谓) the roots (宾) underground (定), though (插入语), because they are too mysterious to understand(原因状语).
第十二句:In fact (状), this tree (主)should not even exist (谓).
