As is revealed in the drawing, robots with different appearances and surprising functions could be seen everywhere on the street in the future: carrying bags, walking the dog, playing the football with children, maneuvering a wheelchair, etc. It’s fair to say that technology has changed our lives dramatically, in both ways, good and bad.

Without doubt, technology has brought incredible benefits to the society. In recent years, a number of China's technological innovations have made our lives increasingly convenient. Among them, four stand out with a reputation of China's “four great new inventions” in modern times, shared bicycles, high-speed railway, QR-code payment and e-commerce. However, it still has its drawbacks. Private information leaks, ransomwares, random parking of shared bicycles… The list could go on and on. The biggest problem may be social indifference. Please imagine, how could a dog, billed as our best friend, walk together with a robot with no feelings?
