Last night had a long distance walk, a little tired now.
The alert ringed an hour ago. Now I have to finish writing first, then I can go out to run. It’s a rule, I must take it seriously.
Yes, I now want to run. But there’s no reason for me to defeat the rules. So I am trying to write. Maybe there are lots of no meaningful sentences, but finishing is more important than quality.
Yesterday I had not practiced English for an hour. I read and wrote but not practiced.
Yesterday’s challenge failed.
Ok, I can go out to run now.
About 25 minutes.
