这大概是每对恋人最大的愿望，今天的大C分享的便是这样的一个故事。🔻🔻🔻
在图片右边的照片是我的祖父母，Beverly和George。
他们在高中的时候相遇，这张照片摄于他们50周年纪念日的时候，那也是我结婚的日子。他们在我的婚礼中重申了他们的誓言，这是我人生中最酷的时候之一。
我的未婚夫建议2011年平安夜在我的祖父母的房子前点亮圣诞树。当我们在策划我们的婚礼的时候，我们都明白彼此想要在祖父母家里结婚，因为祖父母家后有一颗华丽的橡树。在那里，我的丈夫问我愿不愿意嫁给他。我们同样清楚对方都想要在十月成婚是因为我们的生日都在十月。
然而，我并不知道我选择的日期也是我的祖父母的结婚纪念日。直至有一天我的祖父来问我在我的结婚典礼的尾声重申他和祖母的誓言感觉怎么样？没有人知道这件事，除了我和我的祖父母外。这对于我得亲人和并可来说是一个完全出乎意料的惊喜。
在婚礼的尾声，我和我的丈夫亲吻结束后，我们两走到一旁把位置让给坐在前排的我的祖父母。他们站起来并相携着往前走。当所有人意识到有什么事要发生的时候，人群中没有一个人是没有被感动落泪的，就连我的祖母也哭了。在重申了他们的誓言并亲吻后，我的祖父母走回了过道上，而我和我的丈夫跟在他们身后。
我选择了Kenny Chesney的《Fall In Love》作为我们的退场音乐，因为它的歌词写道“50年来，他们是情人间的一个梦想。亲爱的，这也可能是你和我♥”

They met in High School and this picture was taken on their 50 YEAR ANNIVERSARY, which was also my wedding day.They renewed their vows at my wedding ceremony and it was one of the coolest moments of my life.
My fiancé proposed to me on Christmas eve in 2011 at my grandparents house in front of the Christmas tree. When it came time to planning our wedding, we knew we wanted to get married at my grandparents house because they have a gorgeous oak tree in their backyard and it's where my husband asked me to marry him. We also knew we wanted to have our wedding in October since both of our birthdays fall on that month.
However, I had no idea the date I picked was also my grandparents anniversary until my Grandpa came to me one day and asked me how I'd feel about him and my grandma renewing their vows at the end of my ceremony. No one knew besides me and my grandparents. It was a complete surprise to the rest of my family and all of our guests.
So at the end of the ceremony, after me and my husband kissed, we moved to the side and my grandparents were seated in the front row. They stood up and walked over to the alter and when everyone realized what was happening, there wasn't a dry eye in the crowd. Even my grandpa was crying. After renewing their vows, they kissed and walked down the aisle and then me and my husband followed behind them.
The song I chose to play while we all exited was 'Fall in Love' by Kenny Chesney because the lyrics say, "50 good years, they're a lover's dream. Darling that could be you and me."

大C有话说：刚开始翻译这个故事的时候，不得不说大C也被感动到了。比起轰轰烈烈的爱情，有时候平淡的坚持更能够打动人心。我们都是生活在这个大世界的普通人，并没有多少艰难困苦的坎坷等着我们去跨越，对于我们来说最难的大概就是长此以往面对同一个人还能不断想着怎样去爱她给她惊喜。爱上一个人很容易，和同一个人相携走过一年、五年、十年甚至三十年五十年却是不容易的。不说人心的多变，就生老病死来说就是到难过的坎。闽南有首歌叫做《家后》里面一句歌词：“等到离开的时刻来到 我会让你先走
因为我会不舍 放你 为我眼泪掉。”大意就是等到回去("死去"委婉说法)的时候到了，我会让给你先走 因为我会舍不得让你为我而流泪。
最后希望祖父母的幸福能在这对恋人身上坚持下去♥
