Work Principle --- Organization

Summary:

• What is Organization?

  • A great organization has both great people and a great culture.
  • Great people have both great character and great capabilities.

  • Great cultures bring problems and disagreements to the surfaces and solve them well, and they love imagining and building great things that haven't been built before.

• Tough love is effective for achieving both great work and great relationships.

• A believability -weighted idea meritocracy is the best system for making effective decision.

Idea Meritocracy = Radical Truth + Radical Transparency + Believability-Weighted Decision Making.

Reading notes / understanding:

• Ray 在介绍 Work Principles之前很好的诠释了什么是Organization和为什么需要Principles，Smart！ 跟马爸爸说的一样：一个好的公司/组织，只有能够align组织的使命、远景和价值观，才可以实现最大的价值。
• 如何实现呢？Ray给了很好的想法，既然一个公司是有人组成的，那培养一个对的企业文化，并且只收对的人，最后在从Higher Level去观察这个机器运行的状态不断调整，就可以实现企业所期望的目标！我现在还只是一个打工者，虽然不能全部实践所有的理念，现在先全部学习理解以备以后不时之需！
• 这也正是为什么 Bridgewater可以成长为现在全球最成功最大的投资管理基金，管理者超过一千一百多亿美金的资产，为客户提供非常优厚的回报。同样也是这些Principles，Ray领导桥水基金即使在07-08金融危机时候照样给投资人赚到超过10%的回报！

Idea Meritocracy = Radical Truth + Radical Transparency + Believability-Weighted Decision Making.
Ray老爷子反复强调的精英理念，彻底的真相，彻底的透明，再加上根据可信度决定的方法。
