A food you ate for the first tim
When we were babies, most of food are our first tasted food. I want to share with you the unforgettable experience about tasting wasabi at the very first time. The Japanese restaurants were rare and expensive back to a decade ago. Even though some so-called Japanese restaurants offered Japanese food, it wasn’t genuine. When my cousin achieved high scores in college entrance examination, my aunt treated us to dinner in the Japanese restaurant. I was excited because I could taste sushi and some traditional Japanese food. The first time I saw wasabi, I just thought it was a green paste and I didn’t like it because it was green, and the other thing I didn’t like was matcha, which was also green. And I didn’t expect it had strong taste that I had never tasted before. I mixed wasabi with soy sauce and added it on the sushi then tasted it, I felt the delicious sushi turned to be fiery. And my throat and nose were on fire. I just split it out and drank a lot of water, and I believed that I would never ever taste it again. But I love the taste of it again, because of wasabi peanuts. And I rally like to eat it when I have a runny nose. It can help me get rid of the stuffy nose and breath more smoothly.
