英语韵文、诗歌的作用不可小视，对培养英语语感，积累文化有着非常好的作用。下面欣赏一段诗歌，这个我用它教小学阶段的学生非常好。

but you open your umbrella when it rains

you say that you love the sun

but you find shadow spot when the sun shines
