1 不能编辑的错误提示如下：
1.1 加载数据库中的空间数据到arcmap中

1.2 开始编辑，报错

2 注册版本实现对导入到数据库中的空间数据进行编辑
2.1 右击数据库中的要素数据集→管理→注册版本

2.2 勾选【注册所选对象并将编辑内容移动到基表】

2.3 再次点击开始编辑，并绘制要素

Click the "Editor" -> "start editing" when there are no editable layers and layers or table unregistered version
Solution
Right-click the database instance directory listing the elements under the class -> "Registration", select the "register and edit the contents of the selected object moves to the base table", then click "OK" button.
