    我们总是在学习工作上耗费很多时间却没什么效率，是因为我们总是把精力放在展现区而不是学习区。我们应该在学习区多花时间去有意练习并且熟练运用到展现区。

    这句话主要是说要把自己每天浪费掉的时间都花费在学习上，比如探索，询问，倾听，实验，斟酌，拼搏上的话，会有很大的不同和收获。想来是这样的，我们每天仿佛过的都很虚，总是在展示区，并不能自由切换。

4.遇到的困难

    老师让从10'27”开始听直到听完，但是我发现，即便这个人说的很标准很慢，我都不能听懂他在说什么，笔记也还一塌糊涂。

  后来我又尝试着，他每说一句我就暂停，但依旧有很多东西写不下来。我认为问题有两个方面，一个是单词的积累量不够，一个是对声音的不敏感。

    语伴看到我这样子一遍一遍听还写不下样子也很心痛呀～

    她建议我尽量能够抽出时间，不管是视听说还是其它软件，要多练习听力，最好每天听一点并且做笔记

6.我的一些其他感受

    这个演讲者说的很有道理，对于学习区的高效学习，有四点。一，要有信念。二，要有明确的成长目标。三，对于如何提高要有自己的方法。四，保证低风险。

    我想这个视频对大家的不管是学习还是以后生活工作都是有影响的，我们确实应该把关注点更多的放在学习上。
