I push my father two fingers above the navel and I stand behind him at the same time I make him bend over. Then I let my father push me too. He feels very happily because he finds his son to learn some maneuver means. 

Why I will to learn Heimlich Maneuver? Today morning, I ate a candy and I want to lie on the bed. Suddenly, I feel some nervous when I want to lie on the bed because a girl stick in the throat by candy the day before yesterday. Luckily then she spited the candy by herself.
