2019/05/11 and 2019/05/12

The weather was warm and good for football training.

We had an observation class.

10:20 to 12:20

We had 30 players and devided the number.

We worked with 16 players.

1/Warmup~We did ball familiarisation drills with the ball where players would dribble and run with the ball in a marked pitch.On the coach's instruction players would seat,on the ball squat or lift the ball.

Summary Session for

2/Technical Drills~We did running with the ball,dribbling and passing.We progressed by using the inside and the outside of the feet using both legs to execute the football technics.

3/We played 4v4 matches and players tried to do most of the drills learnt.

2019/05/12

The weather was cloudy,smoggy and with some light showers.That reduced the number of participants.

We had 20 players and devided into 2 groups.We worked with 10 players.

1/Warmup~We did running with the ball and dribbling.We also did passing.

2/Technical Drills～ The main content was about running with the ball under control and passing using the inside of the foot.

Summary Session for

3/We played a 5v5 match and players really enjoyed themselves.At the end of the session they sang for their mothers since it was a Mother's day.
