A Film:"Cast Away"

Recently I watched an old film"Cast Away"（中文名《荒岛余生》）. It told a story of a man (called Chuck)'s adventure on an isolated island, his struggle to live, and his journey home. When drifting on the sea, Chuck cried and said farewell to Wilson: "I'm Sorry,Wilson! I can't do it!"(In fact, "Wilson" wasn't a person, it was a volleyball, but it and Kelly's photo were the two things that spiritually supported him to live on the island), I felt as sad as him.

When Chuck returned home, he found he lost Kelly, at last they reunioned and expressed their love to each other. Kelly said:"You're the love of my life."Life played a joke on them, the accident changed their life. Instead of telling her how much he missed her on the island, Chuck said in tears:"You have to go home now. " Then he drived her home in the rain. He loves her, so he doesn't want to ruin her life and family. Tears welled up in my eyes. The reunion and farewell part in the rain was terrific. The rain and the score exactly conveyed the grateful(Thank God you're all right.) and sad(But we can't go back now.) feelings of the protagonists.
This life experience makes Chuck strong and resilient, and he knows he should never lose hope, never give up. As he said, "I gotta keep breathing. Because tomorrow, the sun will rise. Who knows what the tide could bring?"At last, Chuck stood at the intersection, wondering which way to take. He seemed lost, but he also see long long roads ahead. Who knows what's ahead?We need to move forward to find out.

The score is amazing. It expresses the frustration, desperation, sadness, yet you can still see a light of hope, just like Chuck's feeling. Listening to it, we can easily get empathy with Chuck when he was drifting on the sea, when he was standing in the rain, when he was at the intersection wondering which way to take,...
